DWARF CARS REGIONAL HONORS FALLEN DRIVERS   FERNLEY (May 1-2) – 95A Speedway hosted the annual Western States Dwarf Car Regional this weekend. Once again the race honored the memory of Dave Richardson and Leroy Kay, who both perished in a wreck racing accident two years ago. The event is two evenings of hard racing and some strong emotions.
