SPARKS (Jan. 27) – The awards banquet for theReno chapter OTHG (Over The Hill Gang) was at Pinocchios in Sparks. There the club honored their top 20, handed out special awards and mark a change of the club’s president. After a nice buffet dinner the ceremony began hosted by outgoing president Lane Kolbet. First up were three special awards. The first went to Fred Enos for this tireless work driving the water truck during the races at Fernley. Keeping some moisture in the sand is critical to having a good track to race on. Next up was the Sportsman of
