RENO, NV (Nov.11) – Racing preview this week has the final race in Northern Nevada plus news about a bit event in Las Vegas. In addition there is still one more major national race and an international event as well. CAR MEETS: • The only one on a schedule is for Reno Cars & Coffee. It begins at 10 am and the location is the Del Rio Pub and Grill on the west side of town. RENO, NV (Nov. 4) – Racing Preview for this weekend has several car events plus racing in our area. On TV there is still more racing although only two major series are ending their seasons over the next two weekends. CAR MEETS/CRUISES: • Things get an early start as Reno Cars & Coffee has a meet and cruise on Thursday. Meeting is 10 a.m. at the Kietzke Starbucks and the cruise leaves from there. • Sunday has a pair of car meets. RENO, NV (Oct. 28) – A bunch of items to cover for this Halloween weekend. Much is happening with car meets and other things plus racing here and over the hill. Not to mention national and international events. CAR MEETS: • Saturday, Halloween, gets started with the 2nd annual Trunk or Treat at the Newton Learning Center Parking lot. RENO, NV (Oct. 7) – As the year heads to a close another track ends its but fall motorcycle racing is upon us. There are still some car meets as well as racing both national and international happening. CAR MEETS: • On Saturday, starting at 6:30 p.m. Next Generation hosts the Cool October Nights Fall Kick Off. RENO, NV (Oct 5) – This weekend Rattlesnake Raceway in Fallon ended its 2020 season with the annual Dirt Track Championships. The two-day event began late Saturday afternoon then resumed in the early afternoon Sunday. Six classes were on hand Saturday to do battle and the Hobby Stocks led the program. Soon after the green there was a quick caution due to spins. Later there was another scramble causing a red flag when the car of Dan Dias had a small fire.
