RENO, NV (Dec. 1) — A very full weekend as both car and motorcycle clubs join forces to help disadvantaged children in our area. There is also some racing as well just before we truly are in the end of the year Re-Run Zone.  CAR & MOTORCYCLE MEETS: • The weekend gets rolling at 10 a.m. Saturday at Big Valley Honda at 225 Market Street. RENO, NV (Nov. 17) — Well here it is mid-November and there is still racing although not in our state. There are car meets as well as a special clean up this weekend.  CAR MEETS: • Keep an eye on Carson Cars & Coffee’s Face Book page. They tend to have pop up events and might have one for Saturday evening.  • Since it’s the third weekend of the month Reno Cars & Coffee, from 10 a.m. Sunday until noon, will have another meet. RENO, NV (Nov. 10) — It’s Veteran’s Day weekend and another professional series will crown its champions on Sunday. Still there is a lot of racing happening as well in our region and state.  CAR MEETS: • Saturday has two very different meets.  + Things start when Fallon Cars & Coffee has its one at the Telegraph Coffee and Tap. Times are 9:30 to noon and the location is 1805 W. Williams Avenue.  + At little later the Misfits Crew and D.J. Cillo are having a Canned Food and Toy Drive at the Sparks A&W located at 1311 Baring Blvd.

RENO, NV (Nov. 6) — First and foremost, remember we go off Daylight Savings Time Saturday night. Be sure to set your clocks back then.  This weekend is a bit slim but there are a few events in our region, at least one car meet and something for the two-wheel crowd.  CAR MEETS: • So far the only meet listed is Sunday’s Reno Cars & Coffee at the Kietzke Starbucks. RENO, NV (Oct. 27) — It’s Nevada Day weekend, also Halloween. In our region there will be several car shows, a parade as well as an oval track race plus more on TV to watch.  CAR MEETS: • On Saturday the Nevada Day parade begins at 10 a.m. in Carson City. There should be several car groups in the parade. One, #45 on the list, is Women With Wheels led by Teresa Aquila, who is also the host of Teresa’s Garage Radio Show, heard on America Media Matters at 2 p.m. Tuesdays.  • After the parade the Northern Nevada Classics

RENO, NV (Oct 21) — Although things are winding down as winter approaches there are still car meets, a major race in our area  plus some drifting as well as races on TV and the Internet.  CAR MEETS: • Locally Sparks Cars & Coffee will have a meet on Sunday by Buffalo Wild Wings. Start time is 10 a.m. and of course that will depend on the weather.  • To the south Carson Malls Cars & Donuts is having its final event of 2021 Sunday. Roll in time is 9:45 a.m. and the first 24 people get a free donut.
