QUINCY, CALIF. (May 5, 2018) – This weekend American Valley Speedway in Quincy, Calif. hosted the 5th annual Dave Richardson & Leroy Kay Memorial Race. The event is also the Western States Dwarf Car Association Nationals and it drew around 60 of these little cars. There is racing on Friday but the finals are run Saturday. SPARKS, NV (April 21) – Norcal Rock Racing brought its off-road show to the Wild West Motorsports Park this weekend. FALLON, NV (April 14) – Rattlesnake Raceway staged the second race of the season going with good weather and hot racing on the track. This time the IMCA main was a come-from-behind story for the winner. In the heat races both Malen Gonzalez and Shawn Natenstedt were caught up in accidents. FALLON, NV (Nov. 4) – The Nevada Pro Stock Association, NPSA, held its award banquet in the Fallon Elks Lodge on Saturday. The get together celebrated a fantastic season for the group and gave them chance to not only honor the 2017 champion but sponsors and tracks that have hosted the series. FALLON (Oct.8) – Rattlesnake Raceway ended its formal season with the 31st annual Dirt Track Championships. It’s a two-day event where the cumulative finishes determines a driver’s final position and the title for their class. The festival is called Frontier Days and this is the 100th anniversary of the town’s founding.
