CARS AND CRUISES:
• Racing Preview has two local car events this weekend. Things start at 6 p.m. Friday at Summit Racing Equipment, 960 East Glendale, with another Cruise in evening.
It’s a great way to wind down from the work week as well as meet other car people or just admire the cars on display.
On Sunday, starting at 9 a.m. by the Sparks Dunkin’ Donuts is when the Sparks Cars and Coffee will host its monthly meet. Another chance to see some great cars and meet other like-minded people.

Over on the Internet www.fanchoice.tv at 3 p.m. streams a race from Stafford Motor Speedway as the Whelen Modified Series takes to the track.

Fox Sports 1 also has two events with the first starting at 8:30 a.m. showing Formula E racing at Monaco. I’m assuming they use the Grand Prix course so that could be interesting seeing electric cars racing there.
