(REPORTER’S NOTE: I found this poster after I had posted the article. Gives a clearer description of how coverage will jump around for the Rolex 24. And it gives another site where you can watch the entire race with out jumping channels if your service has all of them.)
Starting at 11 a.m. on the NBC Sports Network coverage begins for the 50th anniversary IMSA Weather Tech Rolex 24 from Daytona. Then at 11:25 a.m. IMSA.TV will begin their broadcast that continues through out the race.
Coverage jumps as at 2 p.m. NBC Sports Live airs the race and that switched back to NBC Sports at 6 p.m.
A little earlier in the afternoon at 1 p.m. Fox Sports 1 broadcasts the Formula E race from Santiago, Chili.
If one paid extra for the NBC Sports Gold package they can see the Oakland Supercross round live. Otherwise you have to wait.
Finally at 9 p.m. NBC Sports resumes coverage of the 24 hours at Daytona.
• Sunday is a continuation of NBC Sports Network’s coverage of the Rolex 24 at Daytona that goes until the end.
Then at noon the network will show, on a delayed basis the Oakland round of Supercross for those that didn’t shell out the extra money for the Gold package.
Over on Fox Sports 1 they have another program about Formula E.
Not to be left out CBS Sports, starting at 3 p.m. has two Lucas Oil Off Road races that happened earlier in 2018.
Finally the day ends on MAVTV at 5 p.m. with Tony Stewart’s All Star Circuit of Champions followed by Short Track America.
That’s it for this week’s Racing Preview. Things are starting to heat up in the racing world and we’ll let you know what’s coming.
