Over in TV Land and on the Internet it’s pretty much reruns but one can catch up on other series they may not have been able to see during the year.
On Thursday those that have Fox Sports 2 the racing coverage begins at 5 p.m. with the FIA World Endurance Championship Season Review. Following that are three NHRA programs, Sportsman at Pomona, Pro Mods at Las Vegas and ending with NHRA in 30 from Pomona.
Over on www.mavtv.com starting at 11 a.m. the programs have the Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League followed by the WAR East Sprint Car League and Lucas Oil Drag Boat racing.
Friday is pretty much empty but there are two subscription Internet channels a race fan might want to check out. One of them is www.lucasoilracing.tv and the other is www.motorsport.tv as they have races and series one might not normally see plus live events during the season.
Saturday begins at 9 a.m. on www.fanschoice.tv as they show the Superprestigo motorcycle race fro Barcelona, Spain.
Also at 9 a.m. mavtv has Loretta Lynns Amateur Motocross Championships from last summer. This is followed by two Pro Motocross events.
After that there are three Lucas Oil events, the Late Model Dirt Series, Saturday Night Racing sprint cars and the ASCA Sprint Car series.
CBS Sports gets Sunday rolling at 10 a.m. starting with Off Road Racing followed at 11 a.m. by Super Karts USA from Las Vegas then the SCCA Run Offs, a German Touring Car event and ending at 3 p.m. with a Terracross off road race.

Finally the day ends at 6 p.m. when NBC Sports repeats the NASCAR Xfinity awards program.
REPORTER’S NOTE: All times in this report are for the Pacific Coast time zone.
That’s it for this week. Yes things are pretty slim for racing fans but take heart as I mention there is light at the end of this tunnel.
Only 18 days after this preview is posted it will be time for Round 1 of the Supercross series or Anaheim 1 as it’s also known by. And for you off road fans it’s only 17 days until the Dakar Rally begins down in South America.
Have a great weekend everyone.
