RACING PREVIEW: JAN. 21-24

It’s the lull before the gathering storm as major series are getting ready to launch their series.

Racing Preview for this week again is a bit slim as most things are TV but it’s the lull before the storm. This area’s 2016 season will start four weekends from now.

Livfast Exit 28 Motocross Track

Livfast Exit 28 motocross track will again have practice sessions, weather permitting, from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Locally Livfast Exit 28 will again be open for practice sessions from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. This of course depends on the weather.

Some racers will be going over the hill to Hollister as they’ll compete in Round 2 of the AMP MX Winter Series. And we wish our local riders the best of luck over there. And there is a new track for the Pee Wee riders.

This weekend MAVTV is a mix of live and repeats of broadcasts from last year.

We at nvracingnews.com want to give a special shout out to three American riders that competed in this year’s Dakar Rally. All were rookies and they all finished, in fact four out of the five that entered completed the over 5,000 mile long event.
