RENO, NV (Nov. 18) – While there is still some racing to go we’re heading for the annual visit to the Re Run Zone. Very little on TV but another meet this weekend for car people.

• Sunday Carson Cars & Coffee is having its second meet of the month. As usual it runs from 10 a.m. until about noon and the location is the Dutch Bros Coffee south of the Capitol complex.
RACING (REGIONAL):
• This weekend Battle Born MX (BBMX) is having the final race of its fall season. However unlike other races this one will be at Riverfront MX track outside of Marysville, California.

The track will have open practice Thursday from 4 until 9 p.m.
Then Saturday gates open at 8 a.m. with practice from 9 until 2 p.m. Sunday gates open at 7 a.m. with practice starting at 9 a.m. and racing to follow.

RACING (NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL):
• Probably the biggest racing event in the country, well in Mexico, is the 53rd annual Baja 1000. This time it appears it will be two 500-mile loops and teams are already pre-running so riders and drivers can see the sections they will be handling.
The race itself begins Friday then continues on into Saturday with trophies being handed out Sunday.
We here at nvracingnews want to extend our best wishes to those competitors from Nevada that are competing. Go get’em guys and gals.
RACING (TV AND INTERNET):
• We’re back in the ReRun Zone with only a very few live events happening on TV and the Internet. Of course if one wants to see some racing www.youtube.com has a bunch of events one might have missed this year.
• Thursday gets going at 7 a.m. as CBS Sports has reruns of two World of Outlaw events. Then at 7 p.m. Fox Sports 2 repeats its broadcast of the season ending NHRA event from Las Vegas.
• On Friday, at 8 a.m. www.mavtv.com has the Red Bull Air Race World Championship season review. This is followed at 1 p.m. when the network repeats the first motos from the Pro Motocross series when it appeared at the Red Bud track.
• Once again mavtv is carrying the ball on Saturday starting at 8 a.m. with a review of the 2019 Arenacross season. Believe it’s the final season for that series.
Then at 9 a.m. the network airs Motoamerica Race Day followed at 4 p.m. with FIA Karting from Germany. The day ends at 5 p.m. with Lucas Oil Speedway Saturday Night Racing.
• Sunday begins at 7 a.m. when the Velocity channel has Motor Trend Wild World of Speed.
After that things switch to CBS Sports as at 11 a.m. they show a GT World Challenge Endurance event from Europe. At 1 p.m. it’s a World of Outlaws event followed at 2 p.m. with a Lucas Oil Series event.
Then at 4:30 p.m. NBC Sports has the MotoGP race from Portugal. Finally the day ends at 6 p.m. when CBS Sports airs Motorsport Mundail.
That’s it for this weekend. With the nice weather be sure to get out and if possible attend a race or catch up on events you missed during this past season.
